EVT is led by Mercedes Ibbett, our Managing Director since 2009 & Eugene Trautwein CEO with a team of creative, strategic bright sparks making all the incentive magic happen. 

We operate out of our office in Barangaroo, Sydney and service our clients all over Australia, New Zealand, Philippines and Ireland.  

We are a passionate team with a focus on building strong partnerships with our clients and suppliers based on our core values of excellence, innovation, support, passion & integrity.

Our Origin Story  

Let us take you on a journey where it all began.  

EVT was created in 1985 by a tenacious, creative, and head strong woman by the name of Virginia Trautwein with her husband Eugene Trautwein. 

Starting out with the idea to create her own incentive company, she gave it a year to see how it would go. 38 plus years later, having gone through a few face lifts, tons of technology changes and plenty of stories to tell the business still stands tall.
